CB car gurus, have a question for you. Vehicle is very underpowered in reverse
2010 Honda Pilot. It really struggles going up the driveway backwards at a 15% grade. Thoughts?
I bought it used and it has been sluggish in reverse the entire time I have owned it.

Probably just a gearing thing. I doubt theres a problem.

You cant drive forward all the time and dont wont to be stuck if I need reverse

Agreed regarding the gearing. Especially if the driveway is uphill

Reverse is 1.889, first gear is 2.697, and second gear is 1.606.
