amazing but not sure I have time. I'm also a little worried about some of the stream/river crossings. From the sounds of it, if they get a big storm, crossing could be difficult. Interestingly, there are parts of Southern Maine that are as steep or steeper than the JMT. Having hiked other parts of Appalachia, while the peaks aren't as big, they definitely still have a lot of up and down.
