You are a better person than me. I would have difficulty not calling them out on it. I just really hate stealing. You
should go with them, excuse yourself to use the restroom, then go tell the manager that if their are any complaints from them that it is a scam and not to give them one cent. Then I would enjoy watching their reactions when the scheme doesn’t work.
