It seems crazy to me how durable they were.  I know some players are pansies and sit out if they have a hangnail, but surely in all their playing time, they had some pretty bad injuries (bad by todays standards I guess).  If I remember right, both Stockton and Malone had a knee injury towards the end of their careers (like in season 19), but before that rarely rarely missed.  Stockton missed like 4 games his whole career before that, and Malone about the same I think.
