I have used USAA index funds for years, also 529 plans. USAA sold these products to Victory Capital in 2019, and everything got difficult. Donations in kind, 529 plan distributions, seeing my data on their website (doesn't work on Safari), no app. It's like stepping back in time - faxing forms and calling to get instructions. I love USAA but this was a bad move.
