For audis etc aftermarket coils tend to be pretty crappy replacements. Depends how cheap a good brand like Bosch is. If pricey at all I wouldn’t do the coils. For injectors they don’t often go bad. If you’re shaving a buck then pull them and have them professionally cleaned with solution and ultrasonic etc by a shop. They’ll flow test and tell you if any are struggling
