Some thoughts after watching Utah's last game:
1. Utah's TE only caught 3 passes in that game, none were explosive plays.
2. Kaufusi played a lot in that game. Didn't he transfer to Utah for more playing time? Does that imply the BYU linebacker group is more competitive?
3. Utah may very well have a great QB in Brewer, but that really is anyone's guess right now given Brewer's 2020 season and concussion history. On the other hand, BYU has an actual QB battle going on with 3 very capable guys. I suspect BYU will have the better QB. Also, Utah jumped on Brewer VERY quickly once he entered the transfer portal. I wonder how much thought went into that choice. Maybe Kyle was just desperate. It is entirely possible that Brewer is damaged goods.

I'd give BYU the edge at QB. I just don't trust Kyle with a QB no matter how highly touted they are. Jack Tuttle anyone?

Utah usually wins in the trenches, and especially with DL play. But I am not sure Utah has a great DL this year.
