Just last night I got my toddler son ready for bed and was going to read a book to him. He wasn’t interested and just wanted to play with his care. So I got on my phone, cougarboard, Facebook etc.

I should have been watching him play, or pushing cars on the floor with him. But instead of making memories and connecting with him I was wasting my time losing out with precious time with my son.

Life is short, my phone is going straight to my nightstand when I get home tonight
