If so, what rates would you give? I have heard $700/hr for chart review, 2000 for deposition and 10,000 for in person testimony is pretty standard?

I feel a little weird testifying against someone in my own medical specialty, but if this person really is committing malpractice maybe it's better to stop them? I also don't want them to show up on my house with a gun to kill me and my family..
