On the surface my job is good. Good pay, hours aren’t too crazy, I like my boss, etc.

There are a lot of internal politics/cross-departmental conflict and issues that I’m getting tired of. Seems like the company has changed and I’m not a fan.

At this point I’m ready to start looking, but I’m curious if any of you have started to feel excited about a job/company that you’ve soured on. If so, what changed?
