Most of the games are in the evening, so it doesnt make much difference. If you want sideline, just be prepared to pay

One thing to consider is that you get first dibs on your end zone seats from the previous year, so you can keep the same

The line of scrimmage, first down markers, etc. are perpendicular to view

East would be fine for night games. Especially if you can sit low and center.
