A few weeks ago in Costa Rica, I was driving with a guy named Pablo on a long drive and we struck up a conversation. He was telling me how his wife has really bad leg cramps ever since giving birth and how he has to massage her legs every night.

Well, fortunately for him, he said about a month prior, he was driving a Mormon family from Gilbert, AZ, and when they left, they gifted him some doTERRA essential oils. He has been massaging his wife's legs with those oils every night and said, and I quote, "I think it has helped a little bit."
