2) Bigger stronger, and more capable PG than last year, no question.
3) Wants to be a leader, so take charge from day one. Don't tiptoe in as a newcomer, just grab the reins. Last year lacked a true alpha, just guys stepping into the vacuum (Barcello) or too young (Lohner). Haarms, bless his heart, nope.
4) Having a PG or a center being the alpha makes the pack more orderly.
5) In the case of TeJ, he's done it in the past. Telling his guys that he will get them higher-percentage shots to make everyone's metrics better should be the mindset. And, at the end of close ones, he is a gamer.
