Anybody go to one you trust?

I've never been and don't know how to even begin evaluating one. I'm afraid I'd be as likely to find a fraud as I am to find someone who really knows what they're doing.

I hurt my back. Sciatica pain for several weeks. Doc put me on prednisone and its helping ease the pain, for sure. Curiously, as the pain down my leg eases I'm noticing that my foot is tingly, and slightly numb. That worries me a bit.

I do specific back and hip exercises and stretches and I'm confident it's all helping, but I want to explore chiropractic help and looking for recommendations from <gulp> CB. 🙂
