He seemed to imply that it’s a muscle so it’s a mystery and all you can do is just rest it a couple of days and then try it again to see if it is better and that when he has tried it he has had some setbacks.
I want to believe they are doing much more than just that and that he just doesn’t want to get into it all.
Tell me that behind the scenes there are tons of (I don’t know) ice baths, random DoTerra essential oils, hyperbaric chambers, magnet treatments, witch doctors, or something. Tell me the regimen isn’t just take two days off and then try sprinting again. I gotta believe with all the dollars and fans behind this it is a constant regimen of cool stuff that speeds healing but he just doesn’t want to get into it...right?
Or are we basically like 1950’s level of treatment with 2020’s level of softness?
