Not much out there that speeds healing of a muscle injury
PRP injections have some weak evidence that they might decrease healing time by a couple days with hamstring injuries.

I am sure they are working the muscle, using stim, needling, cupping, massage, and more in addition to progressive loading and muscle strengthening. But the reality is that injuries need time and if he comes back before he is ready, he will tear it more significantly and could even require surgery?

Do you remember when Durant pulled his calf muscle and then came back too early and tore his Achilles? That’s the worst case scenario and could cost the training staff their careers.
