While I'd like to think we have a good shot at 2nd place, I think several conf teams improved quite a bit more than we did in the offseason.

I fear losing Haarms was a bigger deal than many realize. I do put a very high trust in Pope & Burgess's ability to get our young bigs ready to play out of their minds, though. I also expect to see a better conditioned Harward who's ready to run the floor a level better this season than he did last.

Don't get me wrong. I'm really excited to watch this team of ours compete. AB & Te'Jon should be solid, but I also think guys that could have offensive breakouts are: Spencer J, Knell (who was on the verge of being dangerous at the end of last season; kid works really hard on both ends), Gideon, & Lohner. Really hoping Erickson & Baxter can give us some solid productivity, too; those two have it in them to be difference-makers.
