Southwest just screwed me bigtime. Had a nice nonstop roundtrip from BWI to SLC
for a good price. I bought when COVID was still a problem and prices were low.
They dropped my flight and tried to reschedule me on a flight with 4 legs - 4!!!!
They did this to me 6 weeks ago and I didn't see it in my email. Now of course, the difference to get the same flight two hours earlier is the same as the cost of the original tickets.
I am literally going to pay for 6 round trip cross country flights TWICE!!! Thanks Southwest!
You had a flight two hours earlier that you could have switched me to, but you chose the an itinerary with 4 legs that triples my travel time.
Second time this has happened with an airline this year. I can't remember the last time it happened.

I am confused by this. SWA has done the same to me but they let you switch to a different flight at no extra charge.
