Using Taysom as a measuring stick: No.
But for a D1 QB I expect Hall to be very electric if he can grow comfortable & efficient as a starter. The kid can really scoot, & runs with some power too.
He certainly throws a much prettier ball than Taysom ever did at the college level, though. If there were ever a QB that needed John Beck's tutelage in college it was Taysom Hill.
Too bad that wasn't in the stars.
