My 4 year old unbuckled herself, opened the door, and darted across the parking lot today to get to her dance class.

There was a car coming that had to screech to a stop and missed her by about a foot. Had they not been going appropriately slow and paying full attention, I do not know that it would have turned out well. After I got her into her class, I went and thanked the driver.
