1. Resign Conley. 3 year 55 million? It doesn't really matter much what the number is, its not our money and they are already over the cap for the next 2-3 years. If it makes a differce for getting the MLE, then make sure that you do.

2. Get the best Wing defender you can for the MLE.

3. Take the best long, athletic player available in the draft.

4. Play Brantley, Oni, Hughes next year. May lose more games because of it, but find out which of those guys can be NBA rotational guys. All have the athleticism for it, they need experience though. No more Niang. He has hit his ceiling and its the fan, can't really expand more on that metaphor on this board.

5. Play more with Morgan as the C than Favors. Jazz need a combat to the 5 out, and Morgan might be able to do that.
