Are you in a tech area? I literally don’t even ask if people have a degree.

Now granted we pay only in the mid $20’s to mid $40’s/ hour plus benefits of health insurance, 401k, vacation, sick, so we’re probably not considered a high skill job but I can’t imagine non degree people not having a chance - I literally don’t know if any of my team have college degrees
