Alright, alright, I'm man enough to admit I was wrong on this one
It is obviously highly subjective on where you live, if you have kids and how many, and if your house is paid for. But after reading through the thread, I think it could be done fairly easily if one chose not to live in sunny CA. I was looking at this through my own lens and for me and my family, we love Orange County, and that would be tough to make it work.

But there are certainly plenty of other places where it would work. I was wrong, CB.
