This is tricky, really feel for her. Biological female with hyperandrogenism

so her body produces very high testosterone levels. She won the olympic gold medal in the 800m twice but current testosterone-level requirements disqualify her from continuing to compete in that event. So now she's trying distance running.

XX or XY. IF a variant, then set some rules for that. But chromosomal sex is the simplest starting point.
