I did Sous Vide pork chops for the first time today. I’m not sure why we hadn’t tried them before.
I couldn’t believe how good they were. They turned out great.
I shouldn’t be surprised though. Everything else always comes out perfectly cooked in the sous vide. Why wouldn’t pork chops be the same?
They were delicious. I don’t think I will ever prepare them any other way.
Sous Vide is so easy and always so good.

did you pan fry them just to get some browning and carmelization after? I like the cook in a sous vide, but the pan
