My property.

Unfortunately there is no other way to access.

The property owners have about 10 no trespassing signs and a gate.

We visit the property twice a year and are now in the process of getting ready to improve and develop our property.

So, before I talk to him about the signs and gate, I’m hoping and guess the signs and gate are illegal since it is a road easement to my property. It would obviously be helpful to know this when I approach him.

We are cordial, but he has never been used to much traffic on the road easement, so I anticipate pushback.

Any advice on the matter?
