Tell me why you directly invest in real estate. It just seems like 1,000x the

hassle compared to investing in equities. Lots of paperwork, getting insurance, getting a loan, finding a property management company, finding renters, paying property taxes, maintenance & repairs, etc.

Are the returns really that much better than the stock market to make it worthwhile?
