This depends upon your employer.

If you keep your job and move to Texas to work from home, if your company changes your work location to Texas, it will have an impact. If they keep your work location in Utah, you will have the problem of paying in both. If your company allows the more and the remote work, you should make sure they change your work location to Texas.
