Uvx services 60%+ students who aren't paying anyways.
I also think you underestimate how many people are using/beginning to use uvx. There are already a good amount and that will only grow as people see an option to get around without needing transportation.
At the very least, it's a lifesaver for the students. Trust me, I know.
