If he is anywhere near that number that is amazing. He wasn't as high for the year, but much of that is because started so slow. I don't expect that to happen again.
Both Lucas and Knight need to become more efficient, no doubt. But I expect that to happen. Gavin Baxter if healthy will shoot a very high percentage as most of his shots I would expect to be at the rim.
It is also important to note that guys like Johnson and Knell will be playing alongside these guys. So if they double team Knight and he learns to pass it will lead to a lot of open looks which will lead to less double teams and easier shots.
One last note; Brandon Averette shot 32% and 27% his two years before playing at BYU from the 3 point line. At BYU he improved to 35%. That is where we want both Lucas and Knight to get to.
