neutral games when it is better for our program to have the advantages of playing in our home stadium.
Don't get me wrong; neutral games are smart business from time to time. But you have to be careful not to set a precedent that we don't value our home field. Notre Dame realizes this, which is why they got us to play 2 games on their home field; and they got 2 wins out of that, which is a bigger deal in most cases than getting a few extra million by playing on a neutral field and taking a loss. Sure BYU could win that game in a neutral location, but statistically speaking they have a better shot of winning if that game is played on their home field. And we need the win.
