I know we want to think that a coach will want to play the players that give them the biggest chance to win, but there may be strings attached with those price tags.
For example: A high dollar booster who donates to the university also engages in an NIL contract with a player to promote his company. AD tells coach not to bench the kid.
or: you have a players coach (like Sitake) that knows if it is time to bench a kid, but hesitates because he knows how much the player stands to loose if he is not on the field.
I also think that we will start seeing the best athletes move to the offensive skill positions. NIL's will be more valuable to the guys scoring the TD's, not the guys on defense keeping the ball away from their side of the field.
