Here's a hope...Maybe BYU is the Telestial version of the Church's University...
and during the Millennium we will get a Terrestrial version and after the Final Judgement a Celestial Version. And as we move toward Celestial the Admissions and Honor Code will be fazed out.

Have him enroll at UVU and then if he feels the need after his mission he can transfer to the Y or he could get lucky
