So once the SEC becomes a 16-team super conference, I expect the B1G & ACC to
attempt to do the same. The B1G is at 14 now - perhaps they look at Kansas and Kansas State?

The ACC will surely try to finalize things with Notre Dame as a full member which puts them at 15. Maybe they finally mend the broken hearts of West Virginia fans and bring them in? I supposed Oklahoma State could be in play for the B1G or ACC but they may be in a tough spot.

If three 16-team conferences form, the PAC-12 is going to need to do something fast. No way they have an equal seat at the table unless they also expand. Could get interesting because their good options are limited.
