Cause the PAC bleeding into the Midwest now gives them a new timezone...
Right now, the PAC is not being shown on the East Coast... adding Midwest teams put the PAC on the eyes of East coast viewers.
Divisions would give the PAC back their natural division rivals...
USC
UCLA
Oregon
Oregon St
Washington
Washington State
Stanford
Cal
And then the other division will be the expansion pack with Arizona

Arizona St
Utah
Colorado
Texas Tech
Oklahoma State
Kansas
Kansas State
The expansion pack provides the PAC12 will the timezone teams that they need. It won't make the PAC12 60 Mill per team... but it would significantly increase into the mid to upper 40's.
I'm telling you... BYU's future is the AAC.

SEC is getting the $$ by adding Texas and OU. Sorry but no other team brings that coin just by expanding.
