Pro Fitness tip of the day:
Whenever using a leg press type machine, be sure to stack 6-8 10 lb bumper plates on each side instead of just grabbing a 45 for each side with a 5 or 10 lb weight to get to the same weight. It just looks cooler and by looking cooler, it’s scientifically proven to get you stronger.
