and it is still slightly tender. However, I'm doing a fitness challenge now and am in the need of running several miles every day.. If I take it slow, and don't retwist it, is there any danger here? Will be on flat roads, and I feel mostly good when it just flexes up and down. There will be mild pain, but... is this a bad idea?
