Strongly suggests that OU and UT are, for all intents and purposes, already gone.
I suppose one could argue that the rest are gathering to discuss giving OU and UT half of the conference revenue, but I doubt that is what is going on.
The meeting is about reacting and discussing a future without their 2 premiere programs.
