My bet is OU and UT have no real intentions of joining the SEC but want to leverage the public pressure to have the Big
12 add two or more teams. I don’t think OU and Texas want to compete with an already top heavy league, plus I don’t believe OU would ever ditch OSU.
Hopefully BYU finds a way to make it happen this time.
