Bowlsby has been candid all along that the Board of Managers are a different breed if animal and no one can predict an outcome.

He iterated that there were 4 options:

1. Table a vote in order to gather more input from all stakeholders.

2. Maintain the stats quo.

3. Tweak/amend the recommendations.

4. Adopt the recommendations as presented.
