If I’m big 12 I reach out to Nebraska and Colorado and ask if they want to be
relevant again now that they wouldn’t have to deal with Texas and Oklahoma. If one or both of those teams doesn’t join then you add Byu first then Boise State. If interested in more teams you look at Houston Cincy Memphis SDSU CSU UNLV and grab the best two.
