who determines whether the B12 is still a "P5" if they lose UT/Ok?
Is the term "Power 5" a legal term or just a nickname? Because in my opinion, if the B12 loses UT and Ok., they are no longer a P5. the B12 would be more like the AAC in my opinion and if BYU joined them I'd have a hard time saying BYU was in a P5 conference. Who decides what is "P"?

I too struggle to call many teams P5 even though they are technically in P5 leagues. It’s a real struggle.
