Because I don’t believe we should think in terms of absolutes and I don’t think absolutely zero spread should be the
goal. Those who are vaccinated even if they test positive tend to have a much milder course and lower risk of complications and death.
So it is my opinion that if they want to safely have spectators then requiring vaccination is the best way to prevent causing death and severe complications
