Yeah, I think its around $76M (2 years of media revenue). One article I read
suggested that the money they would make in the SEC would offset those losses and they could leave sooner rather than later. Obviously still a lot of unknowns at this point.

Apparently B12 Bylaws require an 18 month notice before a school can withdraw. So from a practical perspective, 2023-24
