Big 12 is falling apart, but if by a miracle it doesn't I think the following
conference realignment would be the best case scenario for BYU.

Texas Tech
Baylor
TCU
Oklahoma St
Boise St
San Diego St
Colorado St
BIG 12 East
Kansas
Kansas St
West Virginia
Iowa St
Houston
Cincinnati
Memphis
UCF
Also invite Gonzaga for basketball. This conference would never be an SEC or BIG 10 level conference, but I do think they would be competitive enough in both football and basketball to retain a power conference reputation.
