That seems to be the long term plan; the interim schedule is uncertain
I no longer believe the SEC dreams of 64 teams in 4 super conferences. Their real plan is to dominate the eventual 32-team Jr NFL. The CFP will cease to exist as it was recently reimagined. There will simply be a 32 team premier league with an NFL-like playoff leading to the national championship game. Top tier bowls will be allowed to host the playoff games but the premier league will openly run the show. "Bowl committees" will have no role beyond organizing the festivities as directed by the premier league.

Vandy, Miss State, Kentucky and S. Carolina won't be among the 32 teams but they'll be useful for another couple of years as the SEC transitions. Then they'll be kicked down to rest of the pack--the 100 or so D1 also rans below the premier league.

There will be a complete restructuring of leagues and TV contracts after 2025--and significantly lower revenues for the lesser 100 teams to split. Looking back, we'll be amused at our 2021 squabbles about the relative merits of the AAC, Big12, Pac12 and MWC as future homes for BYU... because none of those leagues will exist with those names.
