I believe the Jags and the 49ers are the 2 teams who don’t use offset language
That is how they do business on their rookie contracts. The Bears and Fields is a partial offset. This was what Rich Cimini explained yesterday on Ben Criddle’s show.

I listened to some commentators who said the opposite. Lawrence, Lance, and Fields did not have the offset language

I've read the same thing - the Jets have a reputation with stiff like this on rookie deals. It's not common.
