I love tons in Utah County
Going up Rock Canyon to the campground is always beautiful.
I love both Battle Creek and Grove Creek in Pleasant Grove; if you have a few hours, you can go up one, go across the meadow and down the other for a loop.
Big Springs up South Fork in Provo Canyon is lovely.
