Its logical, and its probably a good thing. Pretending that 130 teams are all
Similar enough to be in the same league is silly. The fact that Alabama and New Mexico State are both techniwuely in the same division is absurd.
In reality there are only about 15-30 programs that will ever have a shot at a NC. Those programs should have their own league.
