Russia can’t compete in the Olympics because they are dirty cheats. However, the ROC is able to compete without any of the baggage that comes with being from Russia.
The BYU football team needs to change it’s name to BYUFC (BYU Football Committee) to separate itself from the school’s baggage in order to play in the P12.
